Spring is here! And I wanted to share some simple bookmarks I’ve created. These turned out so cute and they are super easy to make!
I used: Echo Park/Carta Bella Paper Company Botanical Garden Collection Kit
This kit features: 12 sheets of 12X12 double sided designer paper (3 sheets of which are journal cards) and 1 sheet of stickers
I loved the thickness of the cardstock and the texture. And – call me weird – the smell of the paper! It’s not like it was sprayed with perfume or anything. I just like the smell of paper. That’s how you know I’m a book junkie haha! Value was also honestly really good for the amount you get. I had plenty of extra to use after I made this year’s Mother’s Day card from this kit. And that’s why I used the leftovers to make some bookmarks. And I still have a lot left to work with!
My Measurements:
I cut down the 12×12 sheets into four 6×6 sheets for each 12×12 sheet. Then I took one 6×6 sheet to make the bookmarks.
Bookmarks measure: 2 inches width and 6 inches length
Obviously you can customize it however you’d like. These are cute for your own use, to make with friends and family or to give as a nice gift to a fellow book lover. This will be especially cute if your mom, grandma, aunt, whomever loves reading.
See the photos below for a sneak peak of the kit!
Hope everyone has a lovely Mother’s Day and spring season.
